WELCOME PARTY
This event will have sponsors name out there the night before the event at the party. The sponsors name will appear on all party promotions, posters, sign, napkins and party gifts. The event will be open to attendees and exhibitors, there will be an open bar and and organic buffet, there will be music, dancing and mingling. Sponsors will receive 15 complimentary show tickets, and 30 free invitation for your top clients to the party.
SHUTTLE BUS/ PARTY
Sponsors logo will appear on shuttle bus, this bus will shuffle between the hotel, party and to the hotels. This is a great way access a captive organic audience, sponsors receive 10 complimentary show tickets and 30 free invitations for your top clients to the party. And your name and logo will appear on all invitation prints.
MASSAGE CENTER
There is a lot of walking, and sitting in meetings at trade shows, and a massage is always welcome. Massage will be offered to attendees and exhibitors at fair rates. The sponsor name and logo will appear on the massage center sign. Sponsor gets 10 complimentary passes for massage etc.
CONCESSION AREA
Sponsor the concession area on the show floor. Have your product placed for attendees as an option for refreshment. You will have your sign, and your product will be sampled by attendees.
COOKING STAGE
Your sign and logo will be displayed in front of stage. The sponsor will be mentioned on all selected radio stations during media campaign. Media campaign includes magazines/ newspaper print, radio and billboard ads.

Have your company logo on show bags that will be handed to all attendees at the show. Your name and logo on the show bag will be a gift that will be seen by more people even after the show. there will 3000 bags distributed.
WATER BOTTLES
Sponsor provides own bottles and design, final product is subject to approval by show management. This is another way to keep your company name in the forefront of the new global market. Bottles must be made of post -consumer recycled plastic. And the distribution of the bottles will be handled by the show management. Management must approve a sample prior to bulk production. Quantity 4000. sponsors get 15 complimentary show only tickets.
PRINT ADVERTISING
Place an in the Organic Life Expo magazine/ program and your message will be seen beyond the expo after the show is long over. The exposure will be worth the investment . Tens of thousands of the magazine will be in circulation. Our magazine/ program will be a full size colour publication.
